FOR MULTIPLE FLOWER ORDERS
Our checkout system currently only allows for one shipping address + one shipping date per order. If you would like to order more than one flower box to ship to a different address and/or dates, please make a separate order for each box.
ORDER PROCESSING
NON-PERISHABLE ORDERS
All orders for non-perishable products (fresh flowers) are processed within [3-5 days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Our customer service lead will send an email if there is a restocking delay. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times and delivery estimates provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
FRESH FLOWER ORDERS
All fresh flower orders including subscriptions are pre-purchased seasonal products. When you place an order, you are reserving blooms in advance of the growing season.
Shipping for fresh flower subscriptions does not begin until flowers are in bloom, which typically occurs at the end of July each year. Orders placed prior to bloom season are held and fulfilled once flowers are ready to harvest and ship.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this seasonal shipping timeline.
Because we ship fresh, farm-grown flowers, our shipping schedule depends on natural growing conditions, weather, and bloom readiness. This allows us to deliver the highest quality flowers at their peak.
Shipping earlier than the bloom season is not possible.
We work with FedEx to ensure overnight delivery. In the event of a delayed delivery or damaged package, please email Orders@AlaskaBeautyPeony.com within 24 hours with photos so we can file a claim and send a replacement at no additional cost.

FOR ORDERS WITH FRESH FLOWERS AND NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS
If your order includes both fresh floral items and non-perishable, ready-to-ship products (such as apparel, gifts, or pantry items), please note the following:
Combined Shipping
Orders containing fresh florals will not ship until all items in the order are ready. Because fresh flowers are seasonal and ship only when blooms are ready, any non-perishable items included in the same order will be held and shipped together at that time.
This ensures your order arrives complete and reduces the risk of lost or partial shipments.
WANT YOUR NON PERISHABLE ITEMS SOONER?
If you would like non-perishable products (such as hoodies, tea, or other gifts) to ship immediately, please place them in a separate order from fresh floral items.
Orders placed separately will follow their own shipping timelines.
By placing an order that includes fresh florals, you acknowledge and agree that:

Non-perishable items included in the same order will be held until fresh florals are ready

Shipping delays related to seasonal blooms are expected and not grounds for cancellation or dispute
LOCAL PICKUP
Self serve pickup is available for those local to Homer, AK. We have a flower cooler outside the Salmon Sisters Flagship Store located at 1554 Homer Spit Rd, Homer Alaska 99603. Local orders are usually ready within 24 hours for pickup. Your bucket of joy will be waiting in our flower cooler outside the Salmon Sisters Flagship store with a copy of your order attached. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.
Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders of $140 or more to any US address. We offer flat rate shipping via the US Postal Service but we also check the UPS Ground rate for your destination. UPS Ground is typically the preferred option in Alaska for shipping wholesale orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Sorry mates!
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 to 48 hours to populate. An order is considered successfully delivered once the carrier marks it as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to reshipping fees or restocking fees.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns on non-perishable items up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours for shipments of fresh flowers and as soon as possible for merchandise at Orders@AlaskaBeautyPeony.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to approval in accordance with our full return policy. Some exclusions apply. You can read our full return policy here.
LOST STOLEN OR DELAYED MERCHANDISE PACKAGES
We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Carrier delays, misdeliveries, or service interruptions are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
DELAYED FRESH FLOWER PACKAGES
If a fresh flower shipment delivered by FedEx arrives late or damaged, please notify us by email at Orders@AlaskaBeautyPeony.com along with photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will file a claim. We will send a replacement box at no additional cost.
CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
All purchases made through our website are processed securely via Shopify Payments and are subject to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy at the time of checkout.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all shipping timelines, delivery confirmations, and liability limitations disclosed on this page.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND DISPUTE ELIGIBILITY
For the purposes of chargeback evaluation under Shopify Payments:

An order is considered successfully fulfilled once the carrier marks the package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Carrier delivery confirmation and tracking status are considered valid proof of delivery.

Claims of non-receipt for packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED AND FRIENDLY FRAUD
We do not issue refunds or replacements for “item not received” claims when the carrier confirms delivery.
Chargebacks submitted for orders with confirmed delivery may be disputed using:

Timestamped fulfillment records

This published Shipping Policy as evidence of agreed-upon terms
Submitting a chargeback in lieu of contacting customer support may be considered friendly fraud and may result in denial of future orders.
ADDRESS ACCURACY AND AUTHORIZATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to the address provided are considered authorized and valid transactions under Shopify Payments. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
ABUSE AND DISPUTE THRESHOLDS
To protect against abuse and maintain compliance with Shopify Payments and card network requirements, we reserve the right to:

Limit or refuse future service to customers who file excessive or unjustified chargebacks
RESOLUTION PROCESS
We encourage customers to contact us directly at Orders@AlaskaBeautyPeony.com prior to filing a chargeback so we can assist with tracking, carrier inquiries, or insurance claims when applicable.
